Start with the workflow
What information arrives, what needs checking and who decides? AI can help with text, speech and images. Business rules and human review determine which next step is permitted.
Documents with source checks
A built extraction pipeline preserves original text and links candidate fields to source sections. Quality checks expose missing or uncertain information. Each new document type needs its own examples and evaluation.
Speech and images as input
A working browser experience combines realtime speech, agent context and bounded tool calls. Booking and handover are simulated in that showcase. Ordinary telephony and real calendar actions are separate extensions.
A technical image example connects image quality, model proposals and source evidence with human review. Weak or uncertain proposals remain identifiable. New images, model rights and application-specific checks need research; this is not a claim of live camera streaming, medical performance or general accuracy.
Approval before execution
A built decision workflow binds approval to a specific version of the proposal and context. Before execution, the server checks both again. Permitted changes are processed together; changed context requires another review.
The fixed public process demonstration and the broader server workflow are different evidence. Neither guarantees current model quality or an existing integration with every external package.
Start small and test expansion
Choose one workflow with clear input and output. Costs, supplier terms, data use and error handling belong in the design. Expand when quality and responsibilities have been demonstrated.
