Make the choice explicit
“Can we deliver earlier without increasing the budget?” AI can expose the trade-offs and prepare options. Consequences for scope, capacity and quality need an authorised decision-maker. A built decision workflow separates context, proposal, approval and execution.
Approval of version 7
A fictional project must finish two weeks earlier. The budget stays fixed and the testing period cannot be shortened. A colleague approves a limited scope change in version 7.
Before execution, a required specialist becomes unavailable. Context has changed. The system should stop for another review. An old approval is not permission for every later variation.
Check execution as well
The built server workflow rechecks the approved revision, content and context. Permitted domain changes are processed within one transaction. Focused test contracts cover stale context, unauthorised approval, replay and rollback after a failure during writing.
A recognisable receipt
A decision without its associated milestone can leave an agreement half applied. Related changes can roll back on failure. A receipt shows what was actually processed.
A fixed public process demonstration illustrates the pattern without a new model call. The server workflow is broader. Neither proves current model quality or an existing connection to every external package.
A new application has its own boundaries
Define which data the model may receive, which actions are allowed and who may approve. A price proposal needs different checks from a milestone. Choose one decision type and test concurrent changes too: AI prepares, people decide, and software checks whether approval still fits.
